oil on canvas board, 16" x 20"
It has been so long since I painted or drew any scenes of Lake Michigan dunes. It used to be a favorite subject of mine, as the dunes were a favorite haunt. I loved a good bonfire or swim, or watching storms rolling in or seeing sunsets and stars by the millions. The Lake is just beyond this last dune, in that place where it seems so quiet before you get to the shore.
