Night Sky, 2009

Sometimes the short walk from my house to my studio yields great things. I saw this sky one night and it stopped me in my tracks. The clouds were thin and stretched in long streaks from horizon to horizon. The moon was full and rising and the glare from it cast a beautiful light across my yard. I tried taking some photos of it, but I am not much of a photographer so I did what was Natural, I got the oil pastels out and started right in on drawing it.
